Rubiya Sayed kidnaping case: TADA court Jammu frames charges against Yasin Malik

Srinagar: A special TADA/POTA court framed the charges against JKLF leader Muhammad Yasin Malik in the case of Rubiya Sayed kidnapping on January 11.

Quoting unnamed official sources, Kashmir News Observer (KNO) reported that 3rd Additional Sessions (Special judge TADA/POTA) Jammu, framed the charges against Malik regarding Rubiya Sayeed kidnaping case.

Earlier, on March 16, last year presiding officer of TADA court in Jammu had framed charges against Malik and six others for “killing four IAF men in 1990.” (KNO)
