Forces claim busting hideout in Awantipora village

Pulwama: Government forces on Friday claimed to have busted a hideout in Kawini area of Awantipora in which incriminating material was recovered.

Quoting an official, Kashmir News Observer reported that during a cordon-and-search-operation by a joint team of forces including 55 RR, CRPF and Awantipora police, a hideout was busted.

The joint team is said to have recovered incriminating materials from the hideout. “The incriminating material has been taken into custody for investigation,” the official said.

He said a case under relevant sections of law stands registered at the concerned police station and further investigation has been taken up. KNO
