Srinagar: Two persons allegedly involved in Monday’s grenade attack in Baramulla have been arrested by police during a nocturnal raid, sources said on Tuesday.
At least 7 civilians were injured in the grenade blast in North Kashmir district on Monday.
Sources said that the persons were identified soon after the attack and were arrested by police during a nocturnal raid in Baramulla town.
In a statement, police had said that the militants had thrown a grenade at an army convoy at Azad Gunj area in the district. However, it missed the target and exploded on the roadside, leading to injuries to 7 persons who were later hospitalized. GNS
